GrassMasters Terms and conditions

1. Services Provided

GrassMasters provides residential and commercial lawn care services including but not limited to:

  • Lawn mowing

  • String trimming

  • Edging

  • Blowing grass clippings

  • Basic yard cleanup

Additional services may be offered upon request and may require separate pricing.

2. Scheduling

  • Service schedules will be agreed upon in advance (weekly, biweekly, or one-time).

  • Weather conditions may require rescheduling.

  • We will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of schedule changes.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements are agreed upon.

  • Accepted payment methods may include:

    • Cash

    • Check

    • Digital payment (Cash App, Venmo, etc.)

Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

4. Property Access

Customers must ensure the property is accessible on the scheduled service day.

Please ensure:

  • Gates are unlocked

  • Pets are secured

  • Vehicles, toys, and debris are removed from the lawn

GrassMasters is not responsible for damage to items left in mowing areas.

5. Lawn Conditions

Customers must notify us of:

  • Hidden obstacles

  • Irrigation systems or sprinkler heads

  • Underground wiring

  • Newly planted landscaping

GrassMasters is not responsible for damage caused by hidden or unmarked objects.

6. Weather Policy

Services may be delayed due to rain, severe weather, or unsafe working conditions. In such cases, service will be rescheduled as soon as possible.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Customers must provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a service.

  • Last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.

8. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours and we will make reasonable efforts to address the issue.

9. Liability

GrassMasters is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing property damage

  • Damage caused by hidden objects in the lawn

  • Damage to unsecured items left in service areas

10. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service for:

  • Unsafe property conditions

  • Aggressive animals

  • Non-payment

  • Harassment or unsafe working environments
